Perfect low-energy midweek meal!
And to finish it off...rice pudding that MG made with some leftover basmati from a curry meal last weekend.
The gym was packed when I got home from work, so we're off to take a walk for some exercise now that it's cooled off (I use "cooled" loosely). Look for a recipe post later this evening!
